What are your hours of operation?

We are open 24/7, We mean it, Too often we hear most companies are 24/7 but scheduling people out weeks in advance, We however are fully staffed and no matter what day or hour, We work around the clock to take care of your drainage needs, and schedule you in the list order that you called in, And we will get to you in a timely order typically same day!

How soon can you come out?

We actually offer a same day service, And being 24/7 No matter what time or day you call, We will schedule you for service that same day, Or evening. 

However on busier days there may be delays, We will make it out, And update regularly so you don't miss out on any plans you have and will know exactly when to expect us.

Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Credit, And in some instances Billing but typically billing is on commercial and multi family dwelling contracts.

Do You Charge By the Hour?

We are a flat rate company with up front pricing, There are a few occasions where hourly pricing may be applied due to a major grease or root blockage that would take much longer than usual, But only after presenting pricing and getting approval from you.

Can we set up a regular maintenance routine?

YES! And we absolutely recommend that drains be regularly maintained specially for commercial buildings, Grease lines, And root intrusions, Ask about our special rates for scheduled maintenance.

Is there a charge to come out?

We offer free estimates, Typically we don't give pricing over the  phone as many times after diagnosing it's a different problem or cause than expected over phone, So we like to come out and diagnose first before quoting our flat rate prices
